How a tenancy works
A tenancy isn’t a subscription you switch on and forget, and it isn’t a project you brief once and wait for. It’s a place you move into and keep living in. This is the walk from the first click to the point where the platform is compounding underneath you — in order, the way you’d read the drawings for a building before you moved in.
S-01 — move in

You sign up with an email code — no password to invent, forget, or reset. From there you pick a plan, agree to the terms, and check out. The moment checkout completes, your tenancy activates. There’s no queue to wait in for a human to set your account up: the activation and the payment are the same event. Plan pricing is published on Plans & packs, not here.
S-02 — your key
Your key
The same moment your tenancy activates, your key is cut. The key is a QR code — one key, one room, one scan. It’s not a password and it’s not a login form to remember; it’s a physical-feeling object that opens the room that’s yours. After move-in, the room itself is furnished and the key is emailed to you when it’s ready.
S-03 — the house
The house
Your dashboard is the house. It’s where you see your wallet — the SCUs you’ve been included, topped up, and spent — your queue of work in flight, and the activity log of what’s actually happened in your operation space. Nothing on the house is a black box: what you’ve got, what you’ve ordered, and what’s been delivered are all on the same page.
The room, inside the house, is where you say what you need in plain language. You’re not filling out a brief template or picking from a dropdown of pre-set deliverables — you describe what you want, and the house works out how to build it.
S-04 — order from the catalog

The catalog lists everything the platform can do, priced in SCUs. Where a service has a range rather than a flat price, that range resolves to a fixed SCU quote before you confirm anything — you always know the cost before work starts, never after. Once you confirm an order, it lands in your queue, and the platform’s fleets work it from there. You watch it move through the queue from the house; nothing about the order’s progress is hidden from you while it’s in flight.
S-05 — watch it compound
Watch it compound
The platform underneath every tenant is the same platform, and it doesn’t stand still. When the shared infrastructure gets an upgrade, it ships to every tenant’s operation space automatically — nobody has to ask for it, negotiate for it, or pay extra to unlock it. Rent buys the compounding, not a deliverable that ages the day it’s finished.
You can watch that compounding happen on the pulse page, which shows real numbers straight from the database — joins, orders, SCU and token activity — from day zero. Some of those numbers read zero for a while. That’s what day zero looks like everywhere, for everyone, and it’s the honest version of showing you the platform, not a highlight reel of it.
