FAQ
Question: What's a growth platform tenancy?
It's the alternative to hiring an agency or licensing another SaaS seat. You take a tenancy in a shared growth platform: an operation space with a wallet, a queue, and fleets that do the work. You don't hire people or babysit software — you move in.
Question: What's an SCU, and what does one cost?
SCU stands for Service Consumption Unit — the one unit that buys anything in the catalog. The euro rate is published on Plans & packs, not here — the catalog itself speaks only SCU.
Question: How do I move in, and how fast is activation?
Sign up with an email code, no password. Pick a plan, agree to the terms, check out. Your tenancy activates the moment checkout completes, and your key is cut in the same step.
Question: What's the key, and what's the room?
The key is a QR code that opens your room. The room is where you say what you need, in plain language, and the house builds it out from there.
Question: How do orders work?
You order from the catalog. Every range resolves to a fixed SCU quote before you confirm anything, so you know the cost before work starts. Confirmed orders land in your queue, and fleets work them from there.
Question: Do SCUs expire? What's the rollover rule?
Included monthly SCUs roll over for up to three months, and your wallet caps at twice your monthly inclusion — so unused SCUs don't vanish at month-end, but they don't stack forever either. Top-ups don't expire while your tenancy is active.
Question: Can I leave?
Yes, any time. Every plan is month-to-month. There's no annual contract and no cancellation fee.
Question: Why is nothing described as unlimited?
Because "unlimited" is how you hide the real cost of an account. Every SCU is priced and every order gets a fixed quote before work starts, so what you're spending — and on what — is always visible on the page, not buried in fine print.
Question: Who actually does the work?
The platform's fleets do the bulk of the delivery, and a human operator supervises and signs off before anything ships to your queue. It's AI-augmented, human-supervised — nothing goes out unreviewed, and we're not going to pretend otherwise.
Question: Where does my data live?
Your operation space runs on an EU-hosted database and is isolated by construction, not by policy or promise. We don't sell your data.
