tenant.

for owners — the Floor track

Say what you need. Get a link to it done.

You run a local business. You don’t have time to learn an agency’s jargon or sit through a discovery deck. tenant gives you a room to talk to in plain language and a catalog with the price already printed on it — no brief template, no quote theatre.

D-01 — the key

Scan a code, talk to your room

arriving soon

Your key is a QR code. Scan it and you’re talking to your own room — say what you need in your own words, and the room works out what to build. That door is still being fitted, so it’s not open yet: what’s live today is the house — your dashboard, your queue, the catalog — and everything you order from it lands in your queue the same way. We’ll tell you the day the room opens; we won’t pretend it’s open before it is.

D-02 — first orders

What most owners order first

Two things move the needle for a local business: being found, and having somewhere for people to land once they are. Both are priced in SCUs, in the catalog, before you order.
Visibility

Local SEO operations

Ongoing local-pack tracking, Google Business Profile management and citation health, run as a standing monthly service.

500–1,000 SCU/mo
Build

Conversion-ready site build

A site built to convert from day one: fast, tracked, and wired into your operation space from the start.

1,000–1,500 SCU

Local SEO operations keeps your Google Business Profile, local-pack position and citations tended every month. A conversion-ready site build gives you the page that actually brings customers in, wired into your operation space from the day it ships. Both are in the full catalog, alongside everything else the platform can do.

D-03 — how pricing works

One unit, no surprises

Everything in the catalog is priced in SCUs — Service Consumption Units. One SCU is €1.00, fixed. Where a service has a range rather than a flat number, that range resolves to a fixed quote before anything starts: you know the exact cost before you confirm, never after.

There’s no unlimited tier and no hidden usage cap — you buy the SCUs you need, spend them on what the catalog lists, and top up when you’re low. Plans are month-to-month: no annual lock-in, cancel any time.

D-04 — plan path

Where most owners start

Most owners start on Studio — one operation space, the full catalog, a shared fleet lane — and move to Suiteonce there’s more than one thing running at once. Full plan pricing, including the one-off move-in fee, is on Plans & packs.

D-05 — move in
