tenant.

for operators — the Operator track

Cancel the retainer. Keep the output. See the price of everything.

You’ve run agencies before. You know the shape of it: a monthly invoice that doesn’t map to any specific piece of work, a retainer that renews whether or not anything shipped, a proposal deck instead of a price list. tenant replaces the relationship with a catalog — the same one we run our own operation on.

D-01 — the catalog as the proposal

No deck. The catalog is the proposal.

An agency sends a proposal after a discovery call, priced to the client rather than the work. tenant skips both steps: the catalog lists every service we run, priced in SCUs, visible before you talk to anyone. Where a service is a range, it resolves to a fixed quote before you confirm — the same catalog every tenant orders from, not a bespoke number built for the meeting.

D-02 — first orders

What most operators order first

Replacing an agency relationship starts with the infrastructure it used to gatekeep, then moves to the standing work it used to bill by the hour.
Authority

Outreach campaign

Link building, digital PR and citation outreach that earns real placements, not directory spam.

500–875 SCU
Platform

Growth OS install — Starter

The full operating system stood up for your operation: queue, memory layer, dashboards and fleet lane.

2,000–3,000 SCU
Platform

Ongoing support sprint

A standing monthly allocation of fleet time for whatever needs doing, ordered against your queue as it comes up.

500–1,000 SCU/mo

The Growth OS install stands up the queue, memory layer, dashboards and fleet lane for your operation in one order. Ongoing support and outreach campaigns then run as standing catalog items, priced the same way every month — not a retainer that quietly expands. All three are in the full catalog.

D-03 — how pricing works

One unit, no surprises

Everything in the catalog is priced in SCUs — Service Consumption Units. One SCU is €1.00, fixed. Ranges resolve to a fixed quote before anything starts, so nothing you order arrives with a surprise line item.

There’s no unlimited tier — you’d never trust a vendor who offered one anyway — and no annual contract. Plans are month-to-month; cancel any time the output stops being worth the price.

D-04 — plan path

Where most operators start

Operators replacing a full agency relationship usually start on Suite — three operation spaces, a priority fleet lane, a monthly strategy session — and move to Floor once the operation spans more brands, sites or markets and needs a dedicated fleet lane and a named operator. Full pricing is on Plans & packs.

D-05 — move in

Keep the output. Drop the retainer.

No lock-in, no annual contract, cancel anytime.
