tenant.

for founders — the Studio track

An operations floor you rent, with the meters showing.

You don’t need a deck or a discovery call. You need to see the instrumentation before you commit — real numbers, a real price per unit of work, and a platform you can watch operate before you trust it with your growth. That’s what tenant shows you, from day zero.

D-01 — the pulse + the manifesto

Look at the numbers before you read the pitch

the pulse

Real numbers, live from our database.

Joins, active tenants, SCUs consumed — pulled straight from the same database that runs the platform, since day zero. Some of it still reads zero. We show you anyway.

See the pulse board →

the manifesto

Why a tenancy, not a retainer or a seat.

The argument for why we built a third category instead of another agency or another SaaS dashboard — and why we run our own operation on the same platform we sell you.

D-02 — first orders

What most founders order first

Before you can compound, you need to know where you actually stand, and infrastructure that doesn't need a dev cycle to change.
Visibility

AI-Citation Audit + Strategy

We test whether ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity and AI Overviews actually cite you, then build the plan to fix what's missing.

500–750 SCU
Build

Live dashboard / reporting build

A dashboard that shows what's actually happening in your operation, not a monthly PDF nobody opens.

300–500 SCU
Build

Integration wiring

Connecting GA4, Ads, your CRM or any other tool into your operation space, priced per connection.

200–300 SCU

Most founders start with the AI-citation audit — a straight test of whether ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity and AI Overviews actually cite you — then wire a live dashboard and their existing tools (GA4, Ads, CRM) straight into their operation space. All three are in the full catalog.

D-03 — how pricing works

One unit, no surprises

Everything in the catalog is priced in SCUs — Service Consumption Units. One SCU is €1.00, fixed. Ranges resolve to a fixed quote before work starts, so the cost is known, not estimated after the fact.

No unlimited tier, no metered surprise at the end of the month. Plans are month-to-month — no annual contract, cancel any time, same as any other infrastructure bill you’d actually trust.

D-04 — plan path

Where most founders start

Studio is the usual entry point for a single product: one operation space, the full catalog, a shared fleet lane. Move to Suiteonce you’re running more than one space — a second product, a second market — and want a priority lane plus a monthly strategy session. Full pricing is on Plans & packs.

D-05 — move in

Rent the floor. Keep the meters on.

No lock-in, no annual contract, cancel anytime.
